Job Description

Laptap Enterprises is currently looking for a dedicated, skilled, and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Supervisor. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining uniformity in branch operations, overseeing the entire department, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for maintaining uniformity in the branch operations;
• Plays an active role in the administration of the entire department;
• Ensures that the branch opens and closes at regular times and permits employees to work overtime when required;
• Requires to look after the customer service operations and delivery of products in a timely manner;
• Monitors day-to-day activities and makes daily reports to send/discuss with his/her operations manager daily;
• Not just motivates the employees to outshine but also takes disciplinary actions if an employee performs below expectations consistently;
• Takes charge of overall employee, finance, operations, documentation, and customer service management;
• Dedicates to the smooth functioning of its branch and
• Other related responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree;
• Must have experience in the said field;
• Must be knowledgeable about laptops and computers;
• Must be a good leader and know how to manage/supervise a team;
• Must be proficient in various computer applications used in an office environment.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to have a 1-week training in Cebu or in the Davao Branch. The company will shoulder the plane ticket, food, and hotel expenses if training is in Cebu.
