Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor for Rex ADB STORES & SERVICES, INC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising store personnel and operations
- Mentoring and evaluating employee performance
- Implementing policies and guidelines
- Managing disciplinary actions
- Resolving day-to-day issues
- Monitoring branch expenses and financial transactions
- Preparing financial reports
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 2 years of supervisory or accounting experience
- Willingness to travel for support
Salary: Php19,00 – Php20,00/month
