Job Description
● Orchestrate the day-to-day operations of the brand
● Good understanding of financial business factors most relevant to the food retail industry
● Make recommendations on how to improve business performance and profitability
● Conceptualize and execute sales strategies
● Manage customer and distributor accounts
● Plan and execute marketing strategies with awareness on industry trends
● Track and monitor the impact of the promotional campaigns of the brands
● Manage the relationship with our retailers to assist them in meeting their targets
● Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices
● Reports and collaborates directly with the committee
Job Requirements:
● Fluent in written and spoken English and Filipino
● At least two (2) years of experience in the food retail business
● Must have experience with start-ups or small businesses
● Engaging communicator with diverse backgrounds
● Creative thinker with the ability to detail plans to achieve targets
● Organized, detail-oriented, and a good negotiator
● Active on social media platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
