Job Description
Posted on February 14, 2020, we are looking for a proactive Brand Assistant to assist our Brand Manager with various administrative tasks. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing and routing brand reports and essential documents.
- Submitting Purchase Requests and Finished Goods requests.
- Coordinating with suppliers and agency partners to ensure timely project delivery.
- Managing inventory and sample requirements for promotional materials.
- Providing administrative and logistical support during activations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of editing software and Photoshop is a plus.
