Job Description
Assist in the timely and seamless execution of all marketing programs and initiatives for both in-store and online channels of designated MMPI brands.
Support the development of various marketing materials.
Organize content and visuals for the appropriate channels.
Assist in establishing a list of reliable and accredited suppliers and liaise with various partners.
Monitor and assist with various marketing programs across platforms/apps and channels of distribution.
Stay updated with trends and developments.
Contribute to the development of brand experience ideas and concepts.
Collate information on brand equity performance to be reviewed every quarter.
Conduct regular brand consistency checks.
Track and monitor post-promo performance, CPAS, and analytics of platforms to aid in brand decision-making.
Prepare reports based on survey information and desk research activities.
Collect customer satisfaction data and feedback for SKU evaluations on a monthly basis.
Provide frontline inputs to the design and development of the customer experience map.
Record customer information based on target profiles.
