Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate (Condominiums).
- Strong communication skills.
- Available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and propose branding and pricing strategies.
- Ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing efforts.
- Monitor market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activities to adjust marketing plans.
- Direct sales and marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Negotiate with media agencies for promotional materials production.
