Job Description

A Broker Admin plays a crucial role in supporting brokerage operations. This position involves assisting brokers with administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining files, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.

The main responsibilities of a Broker Admin include:

  • Preparing and organizing documentation for real estate transactions.
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinating property showings and scheduling appointments.
  • Managing and updating listings on various platforms.
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, such as creating promotional materials.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files in an organized manner.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
