Job Description
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing, assessing, and submitting home loans applications
- Liaise with Australian brokers and clients for loan submissions and settlements
- Ensure compliance with credit and lender policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with account managers
- Update Business Partners on deal statuses proactively
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Credit Team on service requests
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders for excellent service
- Familiarize with Company’s products for Business Partner support
- Provide financial support to business partners
- Assist with standard and ad hoc reporting requirements
- Work with management on financial queries
