Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Broker Support Officer for our Australian Mortgage department. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to our brokers, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting brokers in preparing loan documents and applications
- Managing client enquiries and providing accurate information
- Coordinating and maintaining loan records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry is highly desirable.
