Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in educating building occupants on management procedures and policies.
- Monitor building conditions, cleanliness, and facilities upkeep.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Manage staff, schedule work shifts, and oversee performance.
- Oversee security measures for employee and visitor safety.
- Review contracts and lease agreements for legal compliance.
- Coordinate construction projects with external parties.
- Act as the primary contact for building occupants and manage inquiries.
- Liaise between management and tenants, conveying necessary information.
- Prepare monthly building activity reports for management.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferred experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCad and knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ or BQ) is advantageous.
