Job Description
GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP. is seeking a reliable Building Administrator to manage daily operations, maintenance, security, and administration of condominiums in Metro Manila.
Duties include: managing building services, emergency procedures, compliance with regulations, energy conservation, staff supervision, addressing tenant complaints, and project oversight.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of building maintenance experience, knowledge in First Aid and Fire Safety, strong communication skills, and understanding of legal processes related to building administration.
Salary to be discussed upon application.
Job Type: Full-time; Schedule: 8-hour shift; Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
Expected Start Date: 12/02/2024
