Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Building Administrator. As a Building Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring that it is maintained in a safe and functional condition.
Your main duties will include managing maintenance requests, coordinating repairs and renovations, overseeing the work of cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining records and documentation related to building operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building management, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
