Job Description
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Engineering background.
- Leadership Skills.
- With Occupational Safety and Health Training/Background/Experience an advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Attentive to Details, Documentation Skills, Coordination Skills, Verbal and Written Communications, Excellent Customer Service.
- Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Works experience an advantage.
- Preferably minimum of 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Building Administration.
- Responsible for ensuring conformity to the service standards and for meeting the functional quality objectives set by the company for the property.
- Enforces building rules, policies, and regulations.
- Conducts daily inspection over the managed property.
