Job Description
In-charge of monitoring the daily performance of all LJK building facilities.
- Responsible for establishing maintenance schedules, creating maintenance procedures, maintaining supplies and equipment inventories.
- Maintain accurate records of building-related activities, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordination and assistance with repairs involving the basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the building and its tenants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and address their concerns promptly.
- Responsible for responding to all breakdowns reported or complained about by tenants.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and property management to resolve issues effectively.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
