Job Description
The Building Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and engineering services of their assigned building/s. Duties include overseeing maintenance contracts, addressing tenant complaints, and preparing annual budgets.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Administration/Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)
- 4 years managerial experience, 8 years in building operations management
THIS IS AN ONSITE EMPLOYMENT.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
