Upkeep of the following:
- Proficient in plastering, dry wall installation, painting, and even carpentry.
- Repair flooring, replace broken tiles, and work on plumbing.
- Handle electrical work, heating, air conditioning, and power systems.
- Repair and maintain machines and other mechanical equipment.
- Order supplies and work within a budget if required.
- Responsible for inventory control of tools, cleaning implements, materials, and fixtures.
- Perform safety checks throughout the facility.
- Maintain warranties on equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Technical / Engineering Course.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in building/facility/equipment maintenance or similar functions.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
