Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Building & Property Maintenance Technician to service residential and commercial properties. Duties include routine inspections, HVAC servicing, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance. The technician will respond to tenant requests, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience and relevant certifications
- Basic electrical and plumbing skills; ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for on-call rotation and flexible hours preferred
