Job Description
- Take orders from supervisors for maintenance and repair of systems and facilities.
· Assist and help with replacing light bulbs and fuses and other minor electrical works.
· Assist in maintaining and repairing minor electrical lines and fixtures.
· Render assistance in cleaning and repairing common areas and conference rooms.
· Assist with moving office furniture and equipment.
· Carry out on-call emergency assistance and maintenance.
· Respond properly to concerns and requests of office staffs as needed.
· Report any maintenance issues, concerns, and repairs to the Admin officer.
· Provide other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
