Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of our building facilities.
Your main tasks will include conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, performing general carpentry work, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition and stamina
