Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of our facilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
- Identify and repair any defects or damages to the building’s structure, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests or emergencies.
