Job Description
MANDAUE FOAM INC / PHILFOAM FURNISHING INDUSTRIES is actively seeking a committed Building Maintenance Staff member to enhance our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and repair our facilities and assets, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
