Job Description
Qualifications & Job Descriptions:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Management and Technology or equivalent.
- With at least 5-7 years of experience in the related field (high-rise residential condominium & corporate) is required for this position.
- Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the facilities in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring that the building systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil works, and other auxiliary systems) are in good condition and properly maintained.
- Can start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
