Job Description
Building and Facilities Maintenance
- At least graduate of two year technical course related to applied field: electrical / building and facilities maintenance
- With a minimum of one year experience ( fresh graduate of four-year related course may be entertained )
- With ability to document / prepare work / job order reports
- With ability on plumbing works, electrical works , carpentry works, masonry works, welding and painting works
- Organized and can work under minimal supervision
- With good moral character
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
