Job Description
A Building Services Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a building’s mechanical and electrical systems. This includes HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, plumbing, lighting, and other essential services.
As a Building Services Technician, you will be in charge of inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing these systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and preventive measures to avoid potential breakdowns.
Candidates for this position must have a strong knowledge of various building systems and equipment, as well as experience in troubleshooting and repair. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also necessary.
