Job Description
Alorica is inviting applications for a talented Business Analyst to handle customer requests and requirements effectively. The successful candidate will perform in-depth research, develop comprehensive documentation, and manage testing protocols while guiding projects from analysis through to implementation with minimal oversight. Exceptional communication skills are vital for translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years in business analysis, and familiarity with SQL, PowerBI, and Salesforce is preferred. Experience in managing complex projects will be considered a plus.
