Please note that we are currently seeking a part-time position. However, based on your work performance, we may consider transitioning you to a full-time employee within 60-90 days.
For now, the working hours for part-time position is 6 hours with a 45-minute break.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, with a focus on utilizing contact manager software, proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, formulas, and pivot tables), and a solid background as a virtual assistant for executives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in utilizing contact manager software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and experienced in working with formulas and pivot tables.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant for executives.
- Familiarity with Google Maps for location-based tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From Php16,500.00 per month
