Job Description
BDO Unibank is actively seeking a qualified Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Group in Mandaluyong City. In this position, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting project management initiatives, and ensuring that system enhancements align with specified standards. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the payment or banking sectors. A solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, system development processes, and project management principles is essential. Please note that this role requires onsite work in the Makati/Ortigas area.
