Job Description
The Mid-Level Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, conducting advanced data analysis to drive data-driven product improvements, optimizing business processes, leading testing and validation efforts, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards, and providing mentorship to junior business analysts.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools, excellent project management and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the food and beverage or technology industry.
