Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional expertise with a valid CPA license.
- Background in manufacturing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated client interaction experience.
- Onsite work required; prior experience with big 4 firms in the Philippines is a plus.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, with 2 half-day Saturdays.
- Salary: Php 35,00.00 – Php 40,00.00 per month.
Job Summary:
- Improve business processes, implement solutions, and lead optimization efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements for automation.
- Conduct meetings, analyze requirements, and communicate results effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and management, providing leadership.
- Efficiently allocate resources, ensure solutions meet business needs, and manage projects.
- Update procedures, prioritize initiatives, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Revise processes, reports, and KPIs, and strategize for client business processes.
- Monitor project deliverables for timely completion.
