Job Description
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and requirements.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of BPO processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
· Document and communicate business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
· Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans and status reports
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process enhancement.
· Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure project success
· Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
· Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in BPO services.
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes
· Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools
· Assists in the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies for new BPO projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
