Job Description
A Business Analyst I is responsible for analyzing and understanding business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to help organizations achieve their objectives. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions.
The Business Analyst I must possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, is also essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Identifying and analyzing business requirements to improve processes and systems.
- Developing and maintaining documentation such as business requirement documents, use cases, and business process flows.
