Job Description
Job Summary: This position involves developing and optimizing processes, facilitating knowledge transfer on process improvements, conducting basic data analysis, and assisting in data privacy tasks, aligning with local and international standards.
Job Functions: As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with process owners to map existing procedures, benchmark against best practices, enhance processes, and document new procedures. Additionally, you will lead training sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and regularly conduct process audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month. Benefits include discounted lunch, employee discounts, health insurance, and more.
