Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
