Job Description
Location: GT Tower, Makati
Contract Duration: 6 months initial contract with possibility of contract extension (based on performance)
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite/RTO and 2 days WFH per week)
Offer: PHP 75,00 + Leaves
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
- Work with stakeholders during requirement elicitation to refine user stories.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain a centralized business requirement documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract Length: 6 months
Salary: Php75,00.00 per month
