Job Description
1. Design, development, implementation, and monitoring of access security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Design, validation, implementation, and monitoring of system functionalities, fixes, and enhancements. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting User Requirements for projects.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders on the requirements gathering and providing support during testing.
- Conducting user acceptance testing and other testing activities.
- Crafting Quick Reference Guides (QRGs).
- Supporting training workshops.
3. Supporting the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of backup procedures for identified critical functionalities.
4. Maintenance of system functionalities, tables, and parameters.
5. Managing requests for data extract, which includes defining specifications, collaborating with the Data Management Team for provision, presenting the extract analysis summary, and more. Responsibilities include:
- Crafting data extract specifications.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders on the requirements gathering.
6. Providing assistance to address non-standard system-related concerns. Responsibilities include:
- Analysis and resolution of referred system issues/concerns.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders on the concerns/issues and reporting proposed solutions/actions.
