Job Description
We are currently seeking highly skilled Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding our clients’ business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending efficient solutions. In addition, Technical Business Analysts will be required to assess technical feasibility, perform data analysis, and collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
- Conducting meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and define project objectives and scope.
- Performing detailed analysis of business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Collaborating with developers to design, test, and implement innovative solutions.
- Identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met with the highest quality.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work closely with developers.
