Job Description
Questronix Corporation seeks a Business Architect to design and operationalize a new in‑house service model that aligns services with business strategy and value streams. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes and IT dependencies, defining future‑state operations, mapping business capabilities to IT services, identifying gaps, and proposing governance and workflow solutions. The role partners with Service Owners to establish SLAs/OLAs, assesses transition impacts, and delivers process documentation to ensure operational readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Architect
- Preferred: Certified Business Architect, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL
- Must be able to work fully onsite in Cubao
