Job Description
We seek a Business Architect with deep expertise in SAP BRIM and Customer Insights to define billing, subscription, and customer engagement strategies. You will translate business goals into solution architecture, lead BRIM design, and integrate Customer Insights to provide a 360° customer view. Key duties include designing billing/subscription models, specifying integrations (APIs, SAP CPI/PI), modeling processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, compliant implementations.
- Requirements: 5+ years in SAP BRIM, integration experience, strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: SAP certification, telecom or utilities background, and familiarity with data analytics.
