We are seeking a dedicated Business Center Operations Staff member to join our team at the Business Center Operations Support (BCOS) office. This role is instrumental in helping the team meet key performance indicators (KPIs) by enhancing customer support services and efficiently managing resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing service applications
- Handling unpaid bills
- Managing payments and document deliveries
- Addressing service irregularities
- Overseeing outsourced services
- Maintaining customer records
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field, demonstrate excellent business communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications.
