Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Business Management/Administration or Accounting
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in Market Research, preferably in Real Estate Industry
- High interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical mind and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Planning
- Conduct market data gathering and collation
- Conduct initial analysis focusing on competition and market
- Prepare presentation materials
- Perform actual site inspections
2. Product Planning and Development
- Assist in preparation of product development plan, especially in research and data gathering
- Prepare related reports and presentation materials
3. Marketing Communication
- Provide relevant information based on research
4. Financial Planning and Analysis
- Conduct financial data and document gathering
5. Legal
- Assist the Business Development Supervisor in data gathering, collation, typing, and filing of legal data
6. Perform other related tasks as necessary by the Immediate Superior/s.
