Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Business Management/Administration or Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in Market Research, particularly in the Real Estate Industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Planning
- Conduct market data gathering and analysis, focusing on competition and market insights
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials
- Conduct site inspections as needed
2. Product Planning and Development
- Support in product development planning, including research and data gathering
- Prepare reports and presentation materials
3. Marketing Communication
- Provide relevant information based on research findings
4. Financial Planning and Analysis
- Conduct financial data collection and analysis
5. Legal
- Assist in compiling legal data and document requirements
6. Perform other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
