Job Description

Zalamea offers an opportunity for professional development and involvement in the areas of Retirement Valuation Processing and Consulting, as well as Valuations in the area of Non-Life Reserves and HMO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely submission of proposals and regular follow-ups of submitted proposals.
  • Handle initial inquiries and scope out client’s requirements via telephone calls and email.
  • Handle client presentations and software demonstrations.
  • Assist with drafting marketing plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Work closely with teams across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients.
  • May perform other administrative activities from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree in Marketing Management or any other related courses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have the ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog, both written and oral.
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
