Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate/Manager (BDA/BDM) with a proven track record in end-to-end business development, particularly within the recruitment and call center sectors. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact on our company’s expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and call center industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and exceed their expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end business development, with a focus on recruitment and call center sectors.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian BDM or client experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
