Job Description
As a business development associate (BDA) assigned to a specific territory under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for account management and maintenance of current customers (for laboratory services); assisting in gathering market intelligence; identifying, capturing, and maintaining new sales targets and volumes according to management priorities, including generating awareness, providing customer relations and negotiations, provision and maintenance of documentation, customer tracking, and collaboration with other staff.
