Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Real Estate Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry.
- Licensed broker/appraiser is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of local real estate market.
- Willingness to train in Manila for 1-2 months.
- Resident near Davao City & available to start anytime.
