Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract prospective tenants for commercial properties.
- Conduct property tours and present leasing options.
- Analyze market conditions for competitive occupancy strategies.
- Monitor local market dynamics and provide insights.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for advertising materials.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Benefits:
