Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in helping us expand our business and meet our growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
