Job Description
- Does telemarketing to schedule appointment with leads
- Gather strategic information from leads (key people, decision-making process, number of teachers)
- Profile customer based on data gathered
- Coordinate communications with qualified leads
- Conduct sales presentations, manifesting expertise in product knowledge
- Identify and establish prospect’s need for the product
- Prepare quotes based on corporate pricing guidelines
- Foster an atmosphere of trust during negotiations
- Interact with internal and external contacts professionally
- Make coverage plans and visit clients regularly
- Coordinate with clients for teacher training and tech/product support needs
- Get feedback from clients to determine needs and satisfaction
- Prioritize and follow through commitments made to clients
- Create and deliver contract renewal support packages
- Coordinate all contract renewal activity with client schools
- Know and give feedback to management about competitor activities and marketing strategies
- Implement and contribute to marketing strategies and action plans
- Prepare and submit required reports
- Maintain customer database
- Attend sales coordination meetings
