Job Description
Location: CGC, Pampanga, Philippines
Overview: The Business Development Associate (BDA) at TRT Shared Services, OPC, is responsible for handling non-client facing tasks to support the Business Development Department in acquiring and retaining business.
Key Deliverables:
- Manage client accreditation process
- Handle data encoding for sales activities
- Assist in client’s renewal process
- Support pre-sales and post-sales teams
- Update internal knowledge base
- Create/update proposal templates
Professional Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Target-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and computer proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
