Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Researching and prospecting potential clients and markets
- Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Developing and presenting business proposals to clients
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and deal closure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
